Flexible standalone. Open-plan living. A floorplate that flips to fit your site.
More Lincolns have been built by Ashcroft than any other plan in the range. The reason is boring and specific: the footprint is what most family buyers actually need, the spec is what the bank actually lends on, and the floorplate mirrors cleanly so the same plan works on north-facing, south-facing and side-access sites.
The standard Lincoln arrives in a charcoal-and-white weatherboard exterior with a black-brick accent at ground level, but we've built Lincolns in full brick, full cedar, and in a softer coastal white-on-white for clients replacing an older weatherboard on the coast. The spine is the same. The dress changes.
Every Ashcroft plan ships with a considered standard specification — and every line is open to upgrade. Here's what arrives on the truck as the Lincoln standard.
Engineered stone benchtop, soft-close cabinetry, integrated dishwasher, induction cooktop, recessed rangehood and a walk-in pantry on family configurations.
Full porcelain tile, semi-frameless shower, wall-hung vanity, back-to-wall toilet, heated towel rail, extractor ducted to exterior.
Double-glazed thermally-broken joinery, R3.6 ceiling insulation, R2.8 wall insulation, mixed weatherboard-and-brick facade, 30-year colorsteel roofing.
Heat pump to living area, ventilation system, fibre-ready data, ample EV-capable circuitry in the garage, and LED lighting throughout.
Send us the site address. We'll overlay the Lincoln plan against the boundary, height limits and access, and come back with an honest yes, no, or "here's what we'd tweak." Free, no obligation, one working day.
